Blumfield Land Purchase Question...

I own a house and land in Blumfield and notice the land is not selling or being occupied as planned I guess...

I would love to purchase the house and land next to mine that overlooks the water. I'd love to purchase a new home and put it on both lots and yes...I know I'd have to pay for an extra tier...but...

since the land next to mine is empty and not occupied, I'd LOVE to have it and make it a double lot. Is that possible?

If it's owned by another resident, you could ask them to purchase it - otherwise if it's owned by Governor just give it time. Most likely it'll be set to auction. We don't do direct purchases unfortunately.
