Land Cleanup in Green

There is a huge mess next to my store in Green. I've tried to contact the owner, but she hasn't been on for quite a while. She the creative type and loves to build amazing things. I know she wouldn't want this clutter on her land. Green 200, 150 is where this mess is. Could you possible return the mess and put auto return on?(And the surrounding areas). Thanks.
