Helicopters Laying/Hovering in Sky

One apparently frozen over "no outside script" land Yurim 52.20.77 (there are also several flames from a recent nuc over this region) and the other helicopter neatly tucked into the ground at Baramdoli 27.184.57

Both are depressing the heck out of my tenants. If there is anything to be done, I would love that, if not please ask the owners of these lands to turn their auto return on. Thank you very much, I appreciate all of the help.
