Removing Linden trees

I would like to build in the land I just bought but there are linden trees everywhere. How can this be fixed? I'm in frontenac at the intersection.

If the trees are on your land, you can just delete them.

To do this go to About Land/Objects and click the Return Objects owned by others button.
