giant wall erected infront of my club

i was logged under my friends account by accident srry for the double post

*resident* has erected a wall in front of my club blockin patrons entrance. the land he owns in front of me is huge and un occupied this was is only there to detour patrons from my club. its 2 stories high and spans the witdth of my club 8 times. pls someone help
