There are a few breaks in the ocean around the southern continent where a sim that would be mostly water was left out. Will these be filled in, allowing at least the potential of navigation all around the shore?

Hello Argent. I am not sure. It would depend on the actual location. We do make an effort to have void water where it is needed, so maybe so.
