I noticed that when I teleport now to get to my property in Sabra I am now going to the new lands north of there. That is good as it is closer. The problem is that I can not go accoss the water there. Nor can others who are my friends.

I took a look at the Sabra location and where the nearest hub is - I guess I'm not seeing the water that would impede you, at least not without knowing the exact location of your property. Please either PM me or repost to this forum with your parcel coordinates so that I can gain a better understanding of what you are talking about.
