Railroad - YES!!!! (and some questions)

I love the rail lines that just bracketed me in Paranthrene, they're great!

Now, the questions - what are the rules for residents using private trains on these tracks? I don't want to cause too many wrecks.

Also, I notice that in other areas there's an object called "guide" that I presume is what guides trains along the tracks. Will those be added to the new rail lines? As it is, there seem to be several different construction techniques.

Is there an "official" train script I can (should?, must?) use or do we roll our own?

Hello Ralph. I talked to the engineer and learned that regular train service will be coming to that railroad soon. A resident operated train on the tracks would be disruptive to the regular train, so auto-return on the line will be enabled.
