Abandoned Land - Poliahu - Player Doesn't Exist

There has been a parcle(s) in the sim of Poliahu that has been abandoned for about 9 months now. The player has not shown up on any searches or in any of the clubs his profile "says" he belongs to. I suspect this player may be "ghosted" on the system despite his account really being closed.

The property names are "Zite and Tiaprae's Love shack" and "ZSC - Zite Scripting Course" owned by Zite Virgo. These properties are full of 3rd party clutter (have been collecting since early 05').
