There is a group of 12 sims -- Kazzia, Mierque, Pennekamp, Nebbiolo, Lomond, Tirol, Minnehoma, Aldanit, Kribensis, Pinza, Larkspur and Bireme -- that are all-water, all-protected Linden "maintenance" sims. *but* ==
Unlike protected linden water sims everywhere else in SL (and even just maintenance water passages in regular sims!), though, these are *not* set for no-build.
Is this deliberate or are these supposed to be like Linden water everywhere else?

Hello Bertrand. I took a look at these regions and confirmed that auto-return is set for 60 minutes on each one. I think the location is a bit remote and if someone should find themselves here and decide to rez a boat, there is no nearby land to do this. So, I think the setting in this case is correct. Auto-return at 60 minutes, should allow plenty of time to rez and enjoy the open water.
