possible abandoned land and junk

Hi,
I'm new at reporting stuff like this so pardon me ahead of time if I'm making a huge "oops".

1. Okay there's a big object hanging in the air above my nextdoor neighbors property. Its just a huge piece of plywood. I wrote the owner to come retrieve it, with no response. I've also written the land owner about it, and about some other objects with no response. Object is located at Jeju 17,224,125. Can someone come remove it?

2. I'm wondering, does land become abandoned if the owner doesnt log in to SL in a certain time period? If so, how long? and can a resident ask about a certain piece of land, about whether or not it is abandoned? (meaning is that okay to do)..

Hello Isabeau. I was able to help with the object in Jeju.

There is no log in requirement to maintain land ownership. As long as the land is paid for residents should be assured it will be there for them when they do log in. Some residents pay for quarterly or annual accounts, so it can be some time before a plot is actually abandoned. You can ask about plots, but I am usually unable to help with those that are owned by residents found with the search tools.
