split parcel?

Good day to all!

I have a request that I can only ask about...

I own land in Arlberg 166.117.84. Is luvly but winterscape. Not very popular location.

There is Linden Land next to..and including part of mountain across road. (Arlberg 171.138.88)

First off, is it possible land could be subdivided so I could buy just the lot next to me and not mountainside?

As I said...area not very prosperous and I do not believe I can afford the whole parcel (2896 sq m)

I do believe I can look into group ownership but....do not know...if can do so. I am educating myself of this as I type. Have to contact some friends to see if interested.

And, when is it to come up for sale anyway?

I believe those are all the questions I have for now.

Hello Jill. I was able to set this 320m for sale. I will look into some of the other land in Arlberg to see if it can go to auction.
