MAP ERROR? Land shown for sale but not..

I was looking around at some land on the mainland island today and it seem that quite a few places that were "yellow" on the map and showing as for sale weren't when I went to look at them, Is there some kind of daily update that flags land for sale and not?

Or should I start taking down locations this is at and report them?

Hello Alexis. The map is routinely updated, but it is not done daily. The map updates should clear up any land that is not actually for sale. If you see some plots that remain to appear to look for sale long after they have been purchased, you can report those as a bug.
