Linden lot accumulates litter... sell lot?

Hello,

At Pogon 210, 70, 50 there's a Gov.Linden 512-lot that tends to collect trash. I've had some success this year with persistent IM'ing & asking litterers to come back & pick up, but with the latest trash I can't get the various owners to come back & clean it up. The lot is developing a "city dump" ambiance, lol.

I'm open to any change you might prefer:

1. Set land's autoreturn to clean lot regularly
2. Change land to First Land for sale (I do like newbies as neighbors)
3. Set land for auction
