Stuff in Eldora

I dunno how this needs to be handled, but rumor has it the plot at Eldora(150, 215)ish is owned by someone who was booted to the teen grid (he apparently went around screaming it, from what I hear), and there's a lot of stuff there. If that's the case, it might be nice if it was cleaned up. That's all.
