Claim for compensation after ski lift accident

Dear Sir,

Please find enclosed details of my client's hideous accident following his ride on the Linden ski lift at Voss. My client joined the ski lift at Voss expecting to be transported in comfort to the top, however a stuck chair at Bydalen caused him to be catapulted from the lift an plumet to the ground.

After bouncing down the mountainside and being squished and squashed in all manor of indescribable ways (photos included in Appendix 12a) my client dragged himself back to the top using his left index finger (the only unbroken bone in his body) and discovered that there were also several parts missing from the ski lift supports and the thing at the top.

My client, once out of his coma, attributed his misfortune to inadequate maintainence of said ski lift. As a show of good faith he's willing to settle the matter for the amount of 1 gazillion Linden Dollars and one (1) pony.

Haha, very amusing! I fixed some of the supports but I'm having issues with the top.. I've got men on it. ^^
