Neighbor purposely littering and causing disturbance

After an argument over the owner playing Commando and shooting everyone in the area, this person has now just littered the lot up to look like a junkyard with burning cars and garbage everywhere. Aside from forcing them to clean up the garbage, is there any recourse against someone causing a disturbance?

Hello JimmyJoe. You can file an abuse report if you are harassed. As for the content on the property, I do not see a Terms of Service violation.
