Garmisch Governor Linden land autoreturn = 0

Most, if not all, of the Gov's land in Garmisch is set to autoreturn 0 and a lot of crud is piling up. Thanks.

Also check the parcel at 60,177 named Label's. That is Gov land also but has a huge old build on it. (land also set to autoreturn = 0)

Same situation at 218,219. Label's

Big plot at 44,34 that is also Gov land with junk all over it.

Sorry for all the specifics - thought I'd just look around the sim for once and was amazed at the mess.
