Dear All,

I have been in SL for about 3 weeks now, and there's almost nobody enjoying it as much as me.
This means that I am now ready for Land, and I have learnt the last 5 days "how it works" (just about).
I have looked through 8.000 Lands, and have been anxiously trying to purchase that which I need.
I feel the following two things need to be considered seriously:

1. FIRST LAND is released out around after midnight USA WestCoast (SL) time.
Since more and more Europeans are joining, it might be worthwhile to release 2 daily Land-packages onto the market.

2. I learnt that 3 main SL real estate parties are buying up all GOOD land in SL (Mainly Islands) and this MUST involve large sums of money, I am sure.
However, due to the time-difference, Europeans are in a tight place in SL regarding Land.
I have no real problems with this because I am staying up nights to conclude my upcoming land purchase. But it does leave a sour taste.

As happened in my case:
I had personlally agreed to purchase my land with the ANSHE CHUNG Real Estate woman (very expensive and low PRIM) (some cost-saving server-arrangement to maximise somebody's profit, but I have no choice due to my specific Island requirement.)
The ANSHE CHUNG Real Estate woman allowed the Land to be sold under my nose to others > even though she had informed me that we would arrange this deal together within hours. After this she has been trying to buy-back the land but you all know that that doesn't really work... (even higher, unrealistic pricing then.)
Let's see what offers might come in the future (But I know, it's "right-here-right-now" that matters, and not the "what-is-tomorrow";)

I would heartly suggest Govenor Linden:
To release First land on 2 different time-zones (USA PST and EU timezones). And also different levels (both 'regular land as well as some more exclusive Island Land), and several Sq.Meter sizes (512, 2049, etc). This way also professionals wishing to introduce new concepts/business into SL are given the chance to do so.

This will ensure that the whole Land-market doesn't go crazy and that it (SL) keeps it's good standings and continued good growth.

I look forward to your reply and hope that those who view this also post a message with acknowledgements/comments.
(Linden Crew: Thanks again to you all for making SL what it mainly is today!)
