Tiered up...and would like to buy abandoned land back

Hi Lindens,

I abandoned a few slivers of land to meet tier requirements a long while ago. Since then, I've tiered up considerably, and feel bad every time I see the little piece of my property cut off.

I doubt it will ever be of interest to anyone; it's a narrow 448m strip in Hana, and an adjacent 48m one.

I'd really like to have a chance to buy it back if this is possible.
