Cleanup in Archan

Individual was banned from parcel a couple of weeks ago, and as a result planted several large laggy particle fires along the outside edge of property lines. All neighboring owners except one returned the objects - the last remaining one is apparently absentee. Attempts to contact them through their group have not been successful. ARs through normal channels have not had any results.

The fires are not owned by the current property owner and create some problems with club member graphics. Can a Linden return them please?
