Before all, sorry for my english.

About tier management, I would like to know why I must change my tier before buying a land. Why I cant change after just some hours?
I try to explain the means of my questions.

I've a tier for 2048m2 (+ 512).
My lands are sparse: 5 x 512m2.
I want buy a land I've found, is 2048m2 to replace with my other 4 lands.
I've found a person who buy 3 of my lands and I've selled.
Now, I must sell more 512mq to lave my tier.
So, my 2048m2 are urgent to buy. But I cant, because my other 512m2 can by buy only my buyer come to SL, after 1-2 hours and I cant have more than 2048-512m2 without change my tier. So, I can, but Governor will steal my land.

Where is the problem? Why is so important to change the tier BEFORE buying a land? I dont want to pay a major tier without having more than 2048m2.

Really, I cant understand, but I hope you've understand my message.

Thank you

Hello Imajica. Your English is okay, no problem understanding :)

You must pay for the amount of land you own. If you were allowed to own land over your tier and you changed your mind, or sold the land, you would not be billed for this land. But, you did own the land, so you must pay proper tier. So, you get a notice first to tell you that new land you are buying will cost more money. If you do not want to pay more, you must sell other land before you buy new.

If time is important and you can not sell old land, you can abandon land so you no longer own it and you have room on your tier. But, you do not get any L$ from abandon land, always better to sell land. Only use abandon if time is more important than L$.

I hope this helps.
