Someone elses skybox hanging over my house

Hi :) I've tried IM'ing the owner over the last 2 months and checking for him whenever I'm online. According to Live Help the root prim is not over my land so I can't return it, but there's still this bright pink skybox hanging less than 20m over my porch. Can you please help?
