remove a tree please!

Hi Lindens, I've bought a roadside plot in Daphnis, but theres a Linden tree that spreads into it. The tree is at Daphnis (83,144). Any chance somebody could drop buy and remove it? I'd really appreciate it. Also there a couple of plants on the plot as well, so if they could be zapped as well, that'd be cool...
