Gov. Linden land req. cleanup + autoreturn in Tan

Hello. :)

There is an area of Governor Linden in Tan at 248,4,26 with no autoreturn set, and much garbage on it. Please remove and set autoreturn.

Hello Mystical. I reverted this plot and enabled auto return.
