There is a parcel in Noonkkot that's owned by a user that doesn't show up on 'People Search'. That users name is 'Skot Hanson'. The plot is located in Noonkkot 42, 170, 50. This plot and some of the plots around it need some serious garbage cleaning. But those plots still have owners searchable in world. This plot contains pyramid scam objects that need removed as soon as possible. They're slowly replicating by other users that are conned into the scam and they place their own pyramid object there. What makes this problem worse is a rented parcel nearby that is being used as a newbie haven type of place, and people don't know any better. Is there any way to turn on no build on those plots, or at least turn on autoreturn to deal with the garbage?

Also, there's two Gov Linden plots at Noonkkot 143, 111, 49 that needs cleaning and set back to first land. I hope you can get to those too before you first read this post Guy Linden.
