Hi I have been in sl for a month and desided to buy some land been to classes and asked arround but got limited answers. i want to buy land that has a number of functions first to experiment on and to build things on, but then after playing arround a bit, i want to build a large art gallerey on a beach front setting, on the same peace of land.
Now ive seen beach front property what is stopping the sim owner from putting annother sim in front of my beach? if i want to build a beach can i terraform the land on sims not owned by linden labs?
