Clean up aisle Sikkima.

Apparently abandoned land in Sikkima 101-184-94. Probably needs to go to auction as it is currently owned by Govenor Linden.

Also seems that someone has taken advantage of the allowed create objects on this land and put up a little casino on it.

Hello ClydeBrenton. I got this cleaned up and reverted and it is now for sale as First Land.
