Tree Removal Please

I have just brought some first land and there is a tree in the way when i went to start building my house. Could i have it removed please. It's located at Baedal 116, 6, 70.

Hello taxi. This tree is on your land. You can right click it, select more, then return. You can do this with any object on your land. If you find you have an object that you can not remove like this, let me know.
