Noisy crashed helicopter

I own 1/4 of Tethys in the SE corner. In the corner of the property there is a never ending siren noise. I've tracked it down to the neighboring property at Enceladus(172,15). The property is owned by Vudu Suavage who in his profile says he will be AFK all November, so I can't get a hold of him. In the big Buddha sculpture on his property is a crashed helicopter that seems to be making the sound owned by Meridia Murakam whom I also can't seem to get ahold of. I was wondering if the helicopter could be returned to its owner so it doesn't sit there constantly making the siren sound. I doubt a siren making crashed helicopter was intended to be inside a sculpture of Buddha.
