Reguarding the first location, at Callisto 194,149. As i own the land which borders 3 sides of this particular 16sqm parcel, may i take possesion of it please?

And requarding the other two locations, at Callisto 150,128 and Callisto 147,128, which also border my land, should i perhaps wait another month before enquiring about their status again? I am interested in taking possesion of those parcels also.
