Hi,

On Apr 17 I posted in this Forum about land in Sami:
/145/df/100894/1.html

and Drawbridge:
/145/56/100965/1.html

As both of these parcels still appear as if no one has been near them in 6+ months, yet still list apparent absentee ownership in About Land, can I assume that they will not be reverting back to Gov Linden?

What are the requirements of holding onto your land?
How often do you need to login to SL?

I ask, because I have seen land in Drawbridge revert back to first land after 4 or 5 months of not seeing the owner inworld.

;)

Da Edit:
Thanks for the reply Guy. It's good to know that you can be absent for long periods of time and have your land remain intact. that's something I've wondered about about (along with others I've spoken with) as we've seen parcels revert for no "apparent" reason with others remaining intact.

Hello Sami. There is no log in requirement for a Premium account. If the land is paid for, the owner should expect to have the land intact when they return. I can not speculate on why someone would pay for land and not log in for months on end, but there are probably many valid reasons. If the account goes delinquent and the land is not paid for, it will revert to Governor Linden ownership and resold.

I hope that answers your question.
