No autoreturn set on Lime, big mess

The Linden land sim, Lime, has suddenly gone no auto return and garbage is piling up quickly. This land had auto return set to 5min until just a few days ago. Is this the plan, if so, its a poor one, if not, please reset the autoreturn! Thx

Update: most of the mess was cleaned up today by someone , but the autoreturn is still off!
