Fog - Can it be turned off permanently?

I have some land in Lotus, and the fog is very intrusive. We have a notice up with the notecard telling people how to turn fog off - clouds - but it gets annoying having to tell people over and over, and having to turn it off every time we log in. I understand that would mean no clouds if it was taken away, but can the level of it not be raised or something, so it acts more like cloud and not coming into my building? Even if it just stayed outside that would be a bonus!

Sorry, there isn't. There has been talk about addressing this sort of issue, but really I have no ETA or even a guarantee that this will become a non-issue in the future. In the meantime I'm afraid we're all stuck with the same options.
