General Cleanup in Kissling

It's about time for the semi-annual cleanup on Linden land in Kissling. I can usually manage the physical items but it is starting to get pretty cluttered on the roadways and in the river.
We are not interested in getting autoreturn or No-build turned on , as it is a popular place (due to open areas) for newbies to experiment a little.
