Hello Boondoggle. These trees are on your land, you are able to remove them yourself. You can right click on the tree and choose "more" then "return".
You can also open the "about land" section and go to the objects tab. At the bottom of objects, you can click on the "refresh list" button and see all the owners of objects on your land. You can select an owner name and click the return objects button (next to refresh list) and return everything they own at once.
