I'm at Gunda (193,46) and there are a number of weeds/plants in and around the property. I haven't been there long but they look to be somewhat out of control. I tried removing them but cannot. I can't seem to place my building to avoid them, and they are poking through the floor. What should I do?

You did the right thing posting here! Chances are that the roots of these prims that the plants are on are based in another parcel.. meaning their center isn't on your land. When that happens, they do not count against your prim total, but they can get kind of annoying!
I've gone ahead and cleaned them up since they were based on the Governor's land - the nice thing about SL weeds over RL is that they don't come back! ^_~
