Quentin Riverside

Greetings,

I have 2 nice plots in Quentin 250,185 on both sides of the riverway there (the river is Linden Protected Land).

I have lowered my riverside land as far as it will go on one of these properties to get some water access to the river, but the Linden side is up a ways... causing a "reef" that makes the river access (the little bit that I do get) to be difficult, not to mention it looks unnatural...

Is it possible that someone could come and lower this "reef" area on the Linden Protected side that I might enjoy the river access I am looking for?

Well I found a sandbard towards the mouth of the area, but if that wasn't it then I'm afraid there is nothing more I can do in this area. All other land is either owned by individuals, or would affect their builds negatively.

Hopefully I got the right part.. otherwise I'm sorry.
