Group Owned Land and Payment

We are starting a business and my partner and I have bought each, independently, 2 adjacent lots, each one having 8,192 sq meters.

We would like to both own the 2 lots and subdivide the newly former single lot for our home and business ... looking to subdivide land for square size and prims. Our home may have 5000 sq meters and the rest allocated to biz.

Essentially, we would like to treat these 2 lots as one and still each one of us pay for the land mgt fees for each lot independently at our 8,192 sq meters allocation.

Is this possible at all?
