Abandoned Land in Pyong Ya

Just north of 242,142,99 in Pyong Ya there is a small parcel owned by Gov Linden, and has ban lines on it. I'm pretty sure its abandoned because my house is right next to it, and I've never seen anyone over there. It has a small shell of a house on it with a tree on top of it. Please sell or auction
