Protected Land in Green needs protection

Nova,

A lot of junk is collecting in the Protected Land in green. I'm fairly certain autoreturn was on, but now it's off. My sheep are getting nervous because people's bullets and physics-enabled cages are collecting nearby. The entire govenor-owned portion is prim litter heaven these days!
