Yikes, that one's rooted on private property. Please contact the neighboring owners and ask them to remove it for you. If it still overhangs your property after what you consider a reasonable time to respond, please abuse report it using the tool under the help menu and the tag [LAND] in the subject, and an in-world Customer Services representative will assist you.
