Brown Hemispheres in Atlas

Hi. I have a plot o' land at Atlas (38, 30), and the plots to the north and south of mine still have those brown hemispherical thingies from the big outbreak a month or two ago. Can you get rid of them for me, please? I'm assuming the plots have been abandoned. The southern plot is especially ugly. There used to be a high-rise apartment bldg there, but the building has been gone for several weeks and now the contents of the apartments are just hanging in the air. That plot also attracts abandoned boats, helicopters and general prim litter that just sits there for ages. I'm still fairly new and don't know the protocols, but anything that could be done would be much appreciated. Thanks.
