Remove Prim in Montezuma

There is Govern Linden owned land (which I would love to own) in Montezuma that has a prim left there by someone and it over hangs onto my property. I can't remove it because it is mostly on Gover Linden land. Can you please return this object to the owner. I have left him many messages and it is still there. It is in Montezuma 208, 184, 92.

Hello Nyte. I returned the objects and set the land for sale as First Land.
