incompletely added sim #2 in southeast continent

Since sometime monday evening, there has been a sim north of Toedamgol and west of Haengbok is another regions that does the
"you are not allowed into the destination"
trick like the one east of Danbi. A lot of us have been begging for water sims so that there is some transportation infrastructure in the southeast continent, and its really great that these are starting to appear, but... can you please finish this one up?

Hi Pixeleen. It looks like this void still needs a name. I will have to look into it on Monday and it should be up soon after that.
