There is a 1024 m plot in Green marked for auction (175,30). But I noticed most of the pieces on the block are larger than 50K m. So an auction for a 1024 plot seems out of place. Is this an error? Or will it be up for auction?

It's not an error - basically land is released to Governor or people quit SL and we restore the land for purchase after a certain amount of time. Thanks for checking though!
