Weeds and Trees oh my!

Hi there :) I have a parcel of land (Theretra 38,18) that I was hoping I could get the undergrowth removed from. Also, there are trees on a parcel of land directly next to me which are right on the property lines, and are actually making it so that the trees come into my house!! The land (Theretra 56, 16) is owned by a Linden (Ryan Linden) and I haven't been able to get in contact with him. :/ Can these trees be removed??
