Looking for a rationale

Having recently visited the Morris building areas multiple times over the last week, I am simply at a loss for an answer to this question.

What possible rationale could there be for a Ryan Linden owned tree in the Building "pens" themselves? There are also three, count 'em yourselves, Govenor Linden owned trees in the same "pen" - the one closest to the WA (roughly at Morris <44,88>;).

I can think of no logical reason for a Linden-placed tree, much less four of them, inside a building area. All that is accomplished is to effectively reduce the usable building area at ground level where most people, not just noobs, build and to create camera difficulties for noobs. Since Morris IS a building area used and often first-encountered by noobs, why make things harder for them?

If you/LL want to stick trees in Morris to make it look prettier in order to give background for Video Linden, at least get them out of the "building pen"... PLEASE!

Additionally, I think having Video Linden where he is is a poor decision.... He should be OUTSIDE the "building pen". By having him inside the pen, people wanting to "See themselves on the website" congregate in the building area and render a large portion it useless for building.

If Video Linden is somehow "supporting building" in LL's view, please provide a rationale here.... if not, how about moving him to somplace in the center of Morris if he "should be in Morris" semi-permanently. Create a small land area with an autoreturn set to 60 minutes for the video freaks so people can rez something to sit on (maybe script it to delete the object if owner not within 30 meters for 5 minutes and let a popular building area alone, please.

Are the Morris sandboxes sandboxes, a photo shoot area, an arboreum, a general purpose area - or what? Can we get an explanation of the LL "vision"?

Video Linden is getting a new home and when he leaves the building area we will delete the trees. In the interim, I'm sure a few trees aren't going to massively detract from the available prim count. ^_~
