Advertiser Not Working at Brownlee TH

The player advertiser thingie isn't working right at Brownlee Telehub and hasn't worked for some weeks.

It lets you give a notecard and a texture, but then it leaves a white blank. When you press to get a notecard, it says "UNABLE TO GIVE INVENTORY".

I'm putting this on my list of Things that Need Doing - it might not get done ASAP, but I will have the matter taken care of one way or another!
