Abandoned land in Woraksan

I just bought some land in Woraksan and the previous owner told me she had attempted contact with the owner of a parcel in the corner with no reply. The owner was "born" on 8/20/06, and the land was claimed 8/21/06. She said nothing has changed. There is a spaceship of some kind, half a car, a crooked tubular house on the land and a few miscellaneous items.

I would buy it if possible since it is a corner cut out of my land. What are the rules for determining abandonded land? The owner is not in any groups according to the profile so I have no idea when the last time they logged in was.

The coordinates are Woraksan (9,206,81).

Oh - I checked the object count - out of a total of 89 prims, 34 are owned by the owner of the land.

Hello OptiMyst. Usually if the land is not owned by Governor Linden, it is not abandoned. But, in this case, it was abandoned. I have cleaned it up and set it for sale as First Land.
